Shannon Noble
Shannon Noble has been a licensed Texas attorney since 1989, and began her career in Texas state
government as a staff attorney for the legendary Bob Bullock, State Comptroller. When he was elected Lt. Governor, Shannon was named Director and General Counsel of the Senate Redistricting Committee. In
1993, Shannon opened a government affairs practice, representing charities and trade associations. She
also serves as co-general counsel for the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Shannon has three wonderfully diverse children, was a band mom for 12 years and a school volunteer for twenty. As a recently ‘liberated nester,’ Shannon is reinventing herself. Although she is a lifelong Longhorn football fan, she received her undergraduate degree in business administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, and her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center.
