Parents of children with special needs know they need more than good doctors and therapists to set the stage for a great and safe future for their kids. With attorney Pam Parker’s approach to solving the toughest worry parents face – “what will happen to my child when I’m gone?” – parents can actively take control of their child’s future and let go of the worry. An attorney long before she became the mother of her own special needs children, Pam is walking the same path and sharing what she knows about the law to help other parents like herself. Your child is unique, your family is unique, and when you plan with  Pam your plan will be unique, too.

Pam got her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1988.

Jennifer Cochran-Green

JCG HeadshotJennifer committed her professional energy to guiding families away from court and conflict through effective estate, special needs,  and end of life planning after witnessing the devastating impact to families caused by litigation as a result of failing to plan well.   An adoptive mother of two young children, she is passionate about adoption education and awareness, and currently serves as President on the Board of Directors of Adoption Knowledge Affiliates. One of her children has special needs and Jennifer is also all too familiar with the world of therapies and treatments.

Born and raised in Texas, Jennifer has been licensed to practice law in this great state since 2008. She graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce and New England Law-Boston. She loves spending time with her husband and children, traveling, writing, and exploring the Hill Country.



Mandeep Chatha-Homer

mandeep headshotMandeep Chatha-Homer started her professional career as a plaintiff’s attorney in litigation. Since that time, she has worked in the legal divisions of various state agencies in Texas. Mandeep also worked in Texas politics as a legislative director and a lobbyist before and after receiving her law degree.

Mandeep has been licensed as a lawyer in Texas since 2012. She earned her bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin – Hook‘em Horns!  She earned her law degree and Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Mandeep is a new mom to twins and spends her free time volunteering with children.
